Product for intensification of oil production
- Increase oil displacement in productive wells over a wide range of temperatures and formation mineralization.
- Significantly reduce the interfacial tension at the oil-water boundary, which facilitates the development of the well after treatment and increase oil production due to better displacement of oil. Depending on the chemical composition of the oil, the displacement coefficient can be from 50 to 90%.
- Limit swelling of clay-bearing rocks-collectors.
- Destroy water-oil emulsions in the pores of the reservoir.
- Clean the productive layer and restore its natural permeability by removing accumulated contaminants.
“CARPATOL” is a complex mixture of reagents based on petroleum sulfonates of a certain molecular composition. Due to this structure, surfactants are in solution in the micelles. Therefore, this class of surfactants is also called micellar solution.
Micellar solution “CARPATOL” has been widely tested in oil fields of Ukraine. The technology of application of micellar solutions depends on specific geological and industrial conditions and can be used both in pure form and in combination with an acid solution or other surfactants. In addition, “CARPATOL” can be used for the development of wells after drilling, and after some stabilization – and for silencing wells during cattle or ORS. It should be noted that the treatment with micellar solution in the conditions of NGVU “Dolinanaftogaz” is an alternative to hydraulic fracturing. Thus, on average, one treatment of acid treatment provides an increase in oil flow by 2.1 t / day., Fracturing – 3.2 t / day., And treatment with micellar solution – 5.6 t / day. Treatments with the use of “CARPATOL” were carried out on more than 100 wells in NGVU “Dolinanaftogaz”, “Okhtyrkanaftogaz”, “Poltavanaftogaz”. The success of the treatments is about 90%. Additional oil production using CARPATOL averages 612 tons per well.
Currently, “CARPATOL” is available in two brands. “Carpatol UM-1” is used for treatment of productive strata with low mineralization of formation water (up to 1010 kg / m3). “Carpatol UM-2” is used for processing of productive layers with high mineralization of formation water (over 1010 kg / m3).
