- The product is delivered to the well by tank truck, and is connected to the pumps of the scheme of preparation of the finished micellar solution. Scheme of preparation of micellar fluid, collected in the field in the immediate vicinity of the treated well.
- Of the standard tanks (25,50,100 cubic meters) and machines that serve the well, such as PUMPING UNIT CA-700 (or other type), one or more, depending on the characteristics of the well.
- The concentrate of the micellar solution is diluted to the required concentration with fresh water (for CARPATOL UM-2 it is possible and formation water)
- Stirring is carried out to form a homogeneous mixture
- The planned volume of micellar solution is pumped into the bottomhole zone of the formation
- Pushing the solution is carried out with formation or fresh water
- The volume of micellar “Carpatol” 5% for processing, is from 6 to 15 m3 and more, depending on the characteristics of the well. The recommended amount is set by the manufacturer after laboratory analysis of cores
- The micellar solution is left in the formation for 6 – 24 hours to destroy water-oil emulsions and capillary saturation
- The effect of using “Carpatol” can be from 2 to 12 months
- Efficiency of application – from 15 to 100 tons of extracted oil per ton of “Carpatol”
- When the flow rate of the well falls the treatment can be repeated
